Refund
Policy
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
At GrowthBridge Marketing LLC ("GrowthBridge," "we," "us," or "our"), we aim to provide reliable, transparent, and results-focused digital marketing and creative services to our clients.
Because our services often involve dedicated time, strategy, planning, creative work, technical development, advertising management, research, and third-party resources, refunds are handled according to the nature and stage of the service being provided.
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refund requests, prepaid services, completed work, third-party expenses, and other payment-related situations are handled by GrowthBridge Marketing LLC.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
Scope of This Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to payments made for GrowthBridge services, which may include:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO);
- Search marketing;
- Social media management;
- Social media marketing;
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising;
- Paid advertising management;
- Website design;
- Website development;
- UI/UX design;
- Brand strategy;
- Content strategy;
- Digital marketing consulting;
- Marketing strategy;
- Creative and digital content services;
- Other digital marketing or creative services provided by GrowthBridge.
The exact payment, cancellation, refund, and service terms for a particular client may also be defined in a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
Where a separate written agreement contains specific refund or cancellation terms, those terms will govern the applicable client engagement.
Digital Services & Refund Eligibility
GrowthBridge provides primarily digital, professional, and service-based work.
Unlike physical products, many of our services involve work that begins immediately after payment or approval. This may include research, strategy development, campaign planning, account configuration, design, development, content creation, optimization, technical implementation, or other work performed specifically for a client.
For this reason, payment does not automatically create an unconditional right to a full refund once work has started.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- The type of service purchased;
- Whether work has started;
- The amount of work completed;
- Whether deliverables have been produced;
- Whether third-party costs have been incurred;
- Whether advertising campaigns have been launched;
- Whether resources have been allocated to the project;
- The applicable client agreement.
Initial Payments & Project Deposits
Where an initial payment, deposit, booking fee, or project commencement payment is required, that payment may be used to reserve resources and begin work on the project.
Once GrowthBridge has started performing work specifically for the client, the portion of the payment corresponding to work already performed may generally be non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
If a project is cancelled before substantial work begins, GrowthBridge may review the circumstances and determine whether an unused portion of the payment is eligible for a refund.
SEO Services & Refunds
SEO is an ongoing marketing service that may involve keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO, content planning, on-page optimization, off-page activities, reporting, strategy, and continuous optimization.
Because SEO work requires professional time and resources, fees relating to work already performed are generally not refundable.
GrowthBridge does not provide refunds solely because:
- Search rankings did not change within a particular period;
- A website did not reach a specific ranking position;
- Organic traffic did not increase by a particular amount;
- A competitor outranked the client's website;
- Search engine algorithms changed;
- Search engine policies changed;
- The client expected faster results.
SEO outcomes can be affected by factors outside GrowthBridge's control.
Any specific refund or performance commitment must be expressly stated in a written agreement.
PPC & Paid Advertising Refunds
Payments made for PPC or paid advertising services may cover campaign strategy, account management, ad creation, audience research, campaign setup, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and related professional services.
Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are generally separate from GrowthBridge's professional service fees.
Once advertising funds have been committed to or spent through a third-party advertising platform, those funds may not be refundable by GrowthBridge.
GrowthBridge cannot guarantee refunds where:
- Ads have already been delivered;
- Advertising funds have already been charged;
- A campaign has already been launched;
- A third-party advertising platform has processed the payment;
- The advertising platform has restricted, rejected, or suspended an advertisement.
Any unused advertising balance held by a third-party platform may be subject to that platform's own policies.
Social Media Management Services
Social media management may involve content planning, content creation, scheduling, publishing, community management, campaign planning, analytics, and account management.
If GrowthBridge has already performed work for a social media project or created content specifically for a client, fees associated with completed work may not be refundable.
Refund requests based solely on changes in social media engagement, follower numbers, reach, impressions, or platform performance do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Social media results may be affected by platform algorithms, audience behavior, competition, content distribution, platform policies, and other external factors.
Website Design & Development Refunds
Website design and development projects may involve significant upfront planning, design, development, testing, configuration, content implementation, revisions, and technical work.
If GrowthBridge has begun work on a website project, refund eligibility may depend on the stage of development and the amount of work completed.
Fees associated with completed design, development, research, coding, configuration, content implementation, or other project work are generally non-refundable.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, GrowthBridge may calculate the amount earned based on work completed and may determine whether any unused balance remains eligible for a refund.
Third-party costs, including hosting, domains, plugins, licenses, software, APIs, themes, stock assets, or other external services, may be non-refundable.
Branding, Content & Creative Services
Branding, content, graphic design, creative strategy, and related services may involve customized work created specifically for a client.
Once customized work has been created or substantial creative work has been performed, fees associated with that completed work may not be refundable.
This may include:
- Brand concepts;
- Logo concepts;
- Brand guidelines;
- Marketing copy;
- Website content;
- Social media content;
- Graphics;
- Campaign concepts;
- Creative direction;
- Strategy documents;
- Other customized deliverables.
Cancellation by the Client
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting GrowthBridge using the official contact information provided on our website or in the applicable service agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically result in a full refund.
When a cancellation request is received, GrowthBridge may review:
- The date of the payment;
- The type of service;
- Whether work has started;
- Work completed before cancellation;
- Deliverables already provided;
- Third-party costs already incurred;
- Advertising expenditure;
- Any applicable contractual terms.
Where appropriate, GrowthBridge may refund an eligible unused portion of a payment after deducting amounts relating to completed work, committed resources, or non-refundable third-party expenses.
Cancellation of Recurring Services
For recurring services such as ongoing SEO, social media management, PPC management, marketing consulting, or other monthly services, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing period whenever possible.
Once a new billing period has started and GrowthBridge has begun allocating resources or performing services for that period, the applicable fee may become non-refundable, subject to the terms of the relevant client agreement and applicable law.
Clients should review their individual service agreement for any specific notice or cancellation requirements.
Third-Party Costs
GrowthBridge may use third-party services and platforms while delivering digital marketing, website, advertising, analytics, email, hosting, design, or other services.
Examples may include:
- Advertising platforms;
- Hosting providers;
- Domain registrars;
- Premium plugins;
- Software licenses;
- API services;
- Email marketing platforms;
- Stock photography or media services;
- Analytics platforms;
- Other third-party tools.
Payments made directly to third parties are governed by the applicable third party's refund and cancellation policies.
GrowthBridge cannot guarantee a refund for third-party charges that have already been incurred or processed.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you have accidentally made a duplicate payment to GrowthBridge, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verifying the transaction, we may issue an appropriate refund for a verified duplicate payment.
Refunds related to duplicate payments may be subject to payment processor requirements and verification procedures.
Failed or Unsuccessful Transactions
If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed by a payment provider, GrowthBridge may temporarily suspend the related service or project until the payment issue is resolved.
A failed transaction does not constitute a cancellation of an existing service agreement or remove any payment obligations that have already become due.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact GrowthBridge Marketing LLC using the contact information provided below.
Your request should include:
- Full name;
- Company name, if applicable;
- Email address associated with the transaction;
- Invoice or transaction reference, if available;
- Service purchased;
- Date of payment;
- Reason for the refund request;
- Any relevant supporting information.
Providing complete information can help us review your request more efficiently.
Refund Review Process
Each refund request is reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the transaction and the applicable service agreement.
During the review, GrowthBridge may consider:
- Payment records;
- Project status;
- Work completed;
- Deliverables provided;
- Time and resources allocated;
- Third-party expenses;
- Advertising expenditure;
- Client communications;
- Cancellation timing;
- Applicable contractual terms;
- Applicable legal requirements.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, GrowthBridge will generally return the eligible amount through the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, credit-card company, payment processor, or other financial institution.
GrowthBridge is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, a refund may generally not be available for:
- Services already fully completed;
- Work already delivered or accepted;
- Customized creative work already produced;
- SEO work already performed;
- PPC management work already performed;
- Advertising expenditure already incurred;
- Third-party services or licenses already purchased;
- Domain or hosting expenses already incurred;
- Software or plugin licenses already purchased;
- Work delayed because the client did not provide required information or access;
- Dissatisfaction based solely on expected marketing results that were not guaranteed;
- Changes in search engine algorithms;
- Changes in social media algorithms;
- Third-party platform restrictions;
- Market conditions or competitor activity.
This list does not limit any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.
No Guaranteed Marketing Results
GrowthBridge provides professional digital marketing services, but marketing performance can depend on numerous factors outside our control.
We do not promise or guarantee a particular:
- Google ranking;
- Organic traffic level;
- Number of leads;
- Number of customers;
- Social media follower count;
- Advertising conversion rate;
- Sales volume;
- Revenue amount;
- Return on advertising spend;
- Return on investment.
Therefore, failure to achieve a particular business or marketing result does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund unless that result was expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
Client Delays & Refunds
Clients may be required to provide information, approvals, content, credentials, assets, feedback, or other materials necessary to complete a project.
If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required materials or approvals, the delay does not automatically create a right to a refund.
GrowthBridge may adjust project timelines where client delays materially affect the ability to provide the agreed services.
Service Quality Concerns
If you believe a service has not been delivered according to the applicable agreement, we encourage you to contact GrowthBridge before requesting a refund.
Where appropriate, GrowthBridge may attempt to address legitimate service concerns through:
- Corrections;
- Revisions;
- Additional clarification;
- Technical adjustments;
- Replacement deliverables;
- Other reasonable corrective measures.
The availability of corrective measures depends on the nature and scope of the service.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact GrowthBridge before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or you have a concern about a service charge, please contact us so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the relevant client agreement.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
Refund Policy & Client Agreements
This Refund Policy provides general guidelines for GrowthBridge services.
Specific projects may have additional payment and refund provisions contained in:
- Service agreements;
- Statements of work;
- Proposals;
- Quotations;
- Invoices;
- Subscription agreements;
- Other written arrangements.
If a signed client agreement contains specific refund terms, those terms will generally govern the applicable project to the extent permitted by law.
Privacy & Refund Requests
Information provided as part of a refund request may be processed for purposes of verifying the transaction, reviewing the request, communicating with the client, processing an approved refund, maintaining financial records, and complying with legal obligations.
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

GrowthBridge Marketing LLC may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of this page.
We encourage clients and website visitors to review this page periodically.
